Directions to the Dropzone

By Car from the South
Take the E4 northbound, past Uppsala. Take exit 192 toward Månkarbo, and continue north through Månkarbo, past the Ostrich Farm, and a few kilometers to Gryttjom. From the Gryttjom intersection, follow the signs to “Stockholms Fallskärmsklubb”. The trip takes about 1,5 hours of travel time from Stockholm, or about 40 minutes from Uppsala.

By Car from the North
Take the E4 southbound. Take exit 193 toward Tierp, then continue right onto Road 292 toward Söderfors. After a few kilometers, turn left onto the old E4 toward Uppsala. A few kilometers south of Tierp Kyrkby, you will reach the Gryttjom intersection, from where you can follow the signs to “Stockholms Fallskärmsklubb”. The trip takes about 40 minutes from Gävle.

Bus or Train
The closest train station is Tierp station. Bus 821 operates on the route Uppsala-Tierp and Tierp-Uppsala. Ask the bus driver to let you off at the exit toward Skogbo in Gryttjom. The bus stop is called Gryttjom Södra and from there it’s a 25-minute walk to the skydiving club. Make sure to allow plenty of time to avoid unnecessary stress.
